What materials are the artworks made of?
All original paintings are handpainted by the artist on cotton canvas with high quality materials that remain the same over time.
All prints are created with gallery quality fine art paper, with a matte finish that look very real and almost handpainted because of its high quality.

We offer most payment methods such as card, Klarna pay now or later, Swish etc. Email us if you desire a certain payment method but don’t see it. You can change to your local currency on the site. You can also change currency in the checkout when choosing your country.
How do you ship the packages?
We offer worldwide shipping and always guarantee perfect delivery. Packages are sent in a very safe packaging due to years of experience with tracked and insured shipping. They are delivered to the nearest postal office or with home delivery. If you can't find your country at checkout, please email us and ask about the possibilities.
What is the delivery time?
Normally, the delivery time is approximately 1-3 weeks, but it can be shorter or slightly longer depending during specific periods or when shipping internationally, especially for original paintings. Please allow some days for safe packaging.
What is the cost of shipping?
You can easily see the shipping cost to your country at the checkout. If you cannot see your country or desire a specific shipping method, please contact us at info@artbymissj.com.

Due to high demand and limited time and capabilities we can currently only ship artworks to selected markets. You can always send us an email and ask for the current possibilities and potential exceptions of a specific artwork.
How do I know when my package has arrived?
Packages are shipped with insurance and tracking, and you will receive a notification via SMS when the package has arrived.
How does shipping work for paintings and prints?
Prints are delivered in a safe roll in a tube or box ready for you to place in a frame of your choice upon arrival.
Original paintings are delivered ready to hang on the wall within Sweden.
Usually for international shipping, the canvas painting will be removed from its stretcher bars and rolled up in a tube, which is the preferred option at the checkout. Once it arrives, it can be taken to a local framing store for restretching. This costs usually only about 50-100 EUR. This method ensures the artwork is transported safely and is also cheaper.
If you prefer your artwork to be delivered stretched on its canvas bars, please contact us for a price estimate on the shipping costs to your country and city. For most countries you can choose the option stretched canvas sent in a box ready to hang, which is the more expensive alternative.
Please note that we are not responsible for any import tax or duties that may be added by your country outside EU. Please check with your country regarding this.
Do you accept returns?
For original paintings, you can return your artwork within 14 days after receiving it if they are not customized. The artwork is very sensitive and must be handled with care, be returned in perfect original condition as when initially sent and be shipped in the original pagaging. Therefore it must have been opened carefully. Please note that the shipping costs are paid by the customer. All prints are created upon order with customized size preference and no stock and are therefore not subject to returns.
If you wish to make a return for any reason, you first need to send us your question to info@artbymissj.com and we will look into it. If there would be any marks on the external packaging upon delivery made by the shipping company, these must be documented with pictures and sent to us before opening for the insurance to apply and all packaging must be saved.
